DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please, enter your address with a mobile telephone number when making your purchase and we will deliver the order to your chosen destination.
Please note, DHL Express does not accept PO BOX for delivery and the shipping is possible only with the mobile phone number of the same country.
Our processing time usually takes 1-4 business days. We work very fast.
Shipping to US and Canada via USPS/UPS takes 12-21 days.
Shipping to EU countries and to the UK with DHL Express usually takes 8-14 days.
Shipping to other countries usually takes 15-30 days.

You should also be aware that during the holidays the delivery time may be longer than normal.
When your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you still have not received your order
If your purchase has not arrived by the delivery date, check your e-mail as it is likely that you have received an e-mail informing you that the order has left our warehouse.
Remember you can query the status of your order at any time in My orders in the My account section.
Bear in mind that during sale periods and promotions, delivery dates may be longer.

The items received are incorrect or are defective
If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, we will refund these items and the delivery expenses as soon as we receive them at our warehouses and inspect the condition of the garments.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first to get the address of our manufacture for return. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
