DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please, enter your full address with your mobile phone number when making your purchase and we will deliver the order to your chosen destination.
Please note, DHL Express and FedEx does not accept PO BOX for delivery and the shipping is possible only with the mobile phone number of the same country and with the full physical address.
We are small atelier but we know how to work fast. :)
- Producing and Shipping to the US (USPS Priority) usually takes 12-17 days (all TAXes included).
- Producing and Shipping to EU countries and to the UK usually takes 9-14 days.
- Producing and Shipping to Canada (FedEx) takes 14-18 days.
- Producing and Shipping to Australia and New Zealand (FedEx) takes 14-18 days.
- Producing and Shipping to other countries (FedEx) usually takes 14-18 days.
Please contact us before purchase if you need it to be delivered very fast (to be sure it is possible to avoid misunderstanding).
You should also be aware that during the holidays the delivery time may be longer than normal.
When your order will be shipped you'll get an e-mail with the tracking number information.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

You can query the status of your order at any time in the My account section. Or you can always contact with us if you have difficulties with it.
If your purchase has not arrived by the delivery date, check your e-mail as it is likely that you have received an e-mail informing you that the order has left our atelier.

The items received are incorrect or are defective
If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, we will refund these items and the delivery expenses as soon as we receive them and inspect the condition of the garments.
In order to return an order for exchange, you must contact us first to get the address of our atelier for return.
